THE OPPORTUNITY: IT SPECIALIST

The IT Support Specialist will help to support the users and devices within the company. They will troubleshoot and diagnose issues related to hardware and software throughout the organization.

OVERVIEW OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Respond to employee requests for assistance with technical issues
  • Diagnose and fix issues in the company‚Äôs network infrastructure
  • Configure new computers and laptops as needed
  • Install and upgrade software applications
  • Continuous documentation of procedures
  • Maintain inventory of devices in the company
  • Special projects as needed

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor degree in Information Systems or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a related role.
  • Freight forwarding experience preferred but not required.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • Ability to multi-task
  • Analytical
  • Highly organized
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Remain calm in stressful situations
